Women have been there since the beginning to make the music industry a safe place for all of us, something we can enjoy and celebrate with the world. Lately, people were so pleased to discover new talent and probably a new queen to the industry like lady gaga, one of the youngest female singers who has been named Woman of the year, several times. She is a new queen to pop music, and pop culture lovers have been really enjoying her music. The best thing about it is that she was able to make history. Her very first album was named the 12th greatest album of all time, and to be honest, it is one of the best albums of all generations! A woman who is capable of writing all of her songs, composing them and also singing them with such amazing voice is not just greatness, it is history itself and women are building it with the best they have to offer us! To leave the talent behind, lady gaga has been doing a great thing lately, a positive movement, with the money she made after her huge success. She has created the born this way foundation for good cause. Born this way is one of her most popular songs and it’s also the title of her 3rd album and now it’s a whole community, a community about acceptance, accepting the other no matter the difference, and it’s been really supportive of the LGBTQ community!  Women in music are all over the world, even Arabic women, women that were hiding for so long because of some religious thoughts, ashamed to sing because they told them they were different, that they were WOMEN, have been able to make peace with music. They were so good and so powerful, not mention their amazing singing skills and holding notes for a very long time! That Is absolutely fascinating, they have shown us that women can and will do it. We, the generation of today, should be very thankful to those historical women who have made such safe space for us where we can live and survive!
